MEET ANDY
Owner
Andy is a former U.S. Airman, and worked on military aircraft. Stationed at Seymour Johnson in Goldsboro and having lived in Jacksonville, NC, he’s deeply familiar with North Carolina. In 2019, Andy moved to Raleigh to attend flight school and obtained his pilot’s license. He founded ROP to positively impact sellers, buyers, and communities by revitalizing properties and providing affordable housing solutions.
MEET KAITLYN

Kaitlyn was born and raised in and around Goldsboro, NC. As a dog enthusiast, Kaitlyn loves training dogs and dreams of turning a large property into a dog sanctuary. Having worked with Andy before, she admires his genuine commitment to helping people, a core value at Red Otter. Kaitlyn is dedicated to assisting sellers in overcoming their challenges, whether or not they end up selling their property to Red Otter Properties. Kaitlyn is the primary contact for sellers, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

Arlo ensures our office is always filled with wagging tails and happy vibes. He’s in charge of taking naps for everyone, boosting team morale, and making sure everyone takes their breaks.
